Truck Captain/Driver - MUST BE 19 TO DRIVE

No additional license is required to drive our trucks, outside of a valid driver's license

At every stop, we set colorful chairs, cones, music - and of course, our ice cream truck! Having the right set up and creating the right environment helps create unforgettable moments for our communities, filled with joy, fun and of course, RAINBOW CONES!

As the Rainbow Cone Truck Captain, you are responsible for not only driving and overseeing the operations of the truck, you are part of the team and must help with the daily business. Other duties include: 

• Motivating the team
• Providing excellent customer service through order taking/prep
• Handling customer complaints 
• Monitoring business operations
• Assisting the team as needed (duties may include: running, cleaning, stocking, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Must be 19 years or older to drive
• Must be able to drive 30 foot truck - no additional license is required outside of a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED certificate a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate, whether written or verbally
• Current food handler’s card preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Prior cashier experience a plus
• Flexibility of hours
• Customer service skills
• Reliable Transportation is a must
